Exchange and Return Policy

- You are more than welcome to inspect the product before receiving it in the presence of the courier, to check for:  
  (color, size, and any manufacturing defects).  
- If you choose to reject the shipment after inspection, you will need to cover the shipping costs.  
- Customers have the right to exchange the product in case of manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving it, without bearing shipping costs.  
  Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and unused.  
- The product cost will be refunded within 14 days via (InstaPay or Vodafone Cash) after our team inspects and confirms that the item is in its original quality and condition.

سياسة الإستبدال و الأسترجاع
- نسمح بكل سرور معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام في وجود المندوب من حيث:
 (اللون، المقاس، بدون اي عيوب صناعة).
- ⁠عند رفض استلام الشحنة بعد المعاينة، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن للمندوب. 
- ⁠يحق للعميل إستبدال المنتج في حالة وجود عيوب صناعة فـ خلال ٤٨ ساعة من بعد الاستلام بدون تحمل مصاريف الشحن.
بشرط: أن تكون القطعه بنفس حالتها الأصلية ملحقة بالتاج و لم تستخدم.
يتم استرداد ثمن المنتج خلال ١٤ يوم عن طريق ( انستاباي، فودافون كاش) بعد فحصه من فريق العمل انه بنفس جودته و حالته الأصلية.
